May 12, 2015 CEDAA Committee Meeting-

This is the meeting where the recommendation was announced and public comments were made. I'm glad there is a record of the assertions and analysis made in the decision, and the stated desires of the City at the time. The best quote of the night in answer to what would be done in the arena, and counter to the idea that there was as an actual proposal, was Edie Orton's response, "we don't know."
